We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fair booking practices.
Standard Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to the check-in date.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in or no-shows will attract 100% retention charges for the entire booking.
Peak Season & Special Dates
- Bookings during peak seasons, festivals, long weekends, and special events may be non-refundable or subject to separate cancellation terms.
- Specific cancellation conditions, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original mode of payment.
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
Modification of Reservations
- Date changes or reservation modifications are subject to availability and prevailing room rates.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge applicable rate differences for modified bookings.
